A few months ago I started experimeting with the Paleo diet. I love what it has to offer, but I still found myself missing some comfort items. I miss the texture, the smell, the sweet, but I never missed how I felt after I ate them.
Through trial and error I have found many ways to include the items I love, and others seem to enjoy, in a way that doesn't leave me feeling ill, heavy, or guilty.
In the truest since of Paleo, Sweet "T" may miss the technical cut. But as far as allergens, toxins, gluten and many other irritants it stands alone. I provide the sweet things minus the guilt, minus the damage. It may not fit Paleo, but it fits me, and I continue to fit into whatever I want.
