To attain any sort of optimal athletic performance, a proper eating plan is an obvious essential. The same applies when how you look in the mirror, suddenly, becomes a priority. To address either of these situations - or even to meet somewhere in the middle - you must adhere to a sound nutritional plan designed to meet your individual needs and goals.
Nutrition is a passion of mine. I've worked with a number of clients to help them improve performance, lose weight or just plain get ready for bikini season. The keys to success include setting the right goals, eating the right foods in the right amounts at the right times each day, and committing to the stick to the plan.
If you're looking for mounds of credentials in this area, I don't have them. My nutritional expertise is based on eight years of real-world experience evidenced through the performance and appearance of many of the athletes on this website. Meal planning is part of of membership at PCF. While members are not required to do so, many see it as a no-brainer benefit to reaching their fitness goals faster.
