A Weekend With Arnold...
Efforts to continue the spectacular weekend had at the Arnold Classic CrossFit Sectionals continue with the above pictured PCFers, workin, judging, or spectatin. There are many more pictures uploaded on FB, and many many more to come.
Congratulate Mindy(17th) and Chastity(3rd).
Read the comments from yesterday ...try not to cry.
This month Practitioners Guide is running intentionally behind as I wanted to have a full write up of this event. The report of the festivities, from my point of view at least, should be enclosed.
The competition was astounding. The energy was euphoric. The community is contagious.
Comment below on specific experiences that you hold dear,or items you think it would do well for other CFer's to know if they consider rumbleing in the future. Or comment to those who cruise CFblogs, and just don't get what all the hype is about.

Awww man! I have to miss a run? I was so looking forward to running again. I know these first few runs will suck, but it has felt soooo good when I have stretched them out going from Krogers to my car in the back 40 of the lot.
